Terms of Use: This website is provided as a service to our customers to view and purchase handcrafted gift products made by Kakoli Roy. You agree to use this website and service only for lawful purposes.
Order Placement: All orders must be placed through our website or directly by contacting us through WhatsApp. We do not accept orders via email, phone call, or any other means.
Payment: We accept UPI payment or via debit card, and gift cards. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We do not offer CODs.
Shipping and Delivery: We ship all orders via Indian Post within 5-7 business days of order placement. Shipping costs are determined based on the destination and items ordered. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery for unworn, unmarked items in like-new condition with original packaging. Unboxing video is must or else we cannot accept return/refund request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged items must be shipped back within 5 days of issuing the return authorization or the exchange will be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please notify us within 3 days of delivery regarding any damage or item defect. We will issue a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the issue. Unboxing video is must or else we cannot accept return/refund request.
Discontinued or Out of Stock Items: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a refund for the item or a credit towards a future order if the item is temporarily out of stock.
